CME Cancellation Policy

Minimum and maximum enrollments have been established, so register early. Written cancellations received prior to February 1, 2013 will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Emory University reserves the right to cancel the program and return all fees. The liability of Emory University School of Medicine is limited to the course fee. Emory will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

Accommodations

A block of rooms is available at the Emory Conference Center Hotel at a special group rate of $149 single or double occupancy (ID#20006023615) and at the University Inn at Emory at the rate of $79 per night (ID#10006023616) based upon space and rate availability. Reservations should be made as soon as possible. The hotels are located adjacent to the Emory University campus, a few blocks from the seminar location.
