Tuition

$500; includes all conference expenses, continental breakfast Friday, lunch on Friday; cocktails and dinner for attendees and their guests.

CME Cancellation Policy

Minimum and maximum enrollments have been established, so register early. Written cancellations received prior to TBD will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Emory University reserves the right to cancel the program and return all fees. The liability of Emory University School of Medicine is limited to the course fee. Emory will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
