• Emory Eye Center's internationally recognized staff provide comprehensive services for the eye. 

  Our physicians and optometrists practice with The Emory Clinic and are Emory University School of Medicine faculty members. With a faculty of twenty-nine ophthalmologists, eight optometrists, eleven basic scientists and thirteen post-doctoral fellows, center staff oversee more than 80,000 patient visits each year. Nine researchers hold joint appointments in ophthalmology and other Emory departments.

  Emory Eye Center Neuro-Ophthalmologists Collaborate to Write Neuro-Ophthalmology Illustrated
  September 3, 2009 | (ATLANTA) With a combined 40 years of experience, Emory Eye Center neuro-ophthalmologists Nancy J. Newman and Valérie Biousse have collaborated to write Neuro-Ophthalmology Illustrated (Thieme Verlag), a book that they hope will de-mystify the perceived complexity of neuro-ophthalmology, according to the authors.
